Emotional stability is a skill one should develop for this game. Much like bankroll management and game selection (hint, hint, Grimm).

If this is a joke (prob BBV etc) then fine, if not then you have a serious gambling problem, you need to stop playing and get some help, like now, doesn't matter how much you are winning, you are going to self destruct yourself eventually, and no amount of money is worth that.

Hi,

I've read your post entirely and although it's fun to read it's also shocking.
You seem to be obsessed by poker. Even though you're making a lot of money with it, are you really happy with the fact poker is running your life?
maybe you need something like a break.
I took a 3 month break once.It wasn't fun but it was healthy.
Get some hobbys, eat better and more regularly.
Go to the local restaurant when ur angry and tilting.
If you feel bad for your sister having to work so hard, give her some money.
You can afford it and it's family after all.
I really do think you need a month+ time out and a healthier lifestyle.
It seems like that poker is the only thing in your life that matters to you, which is dangarous.
It means that when you're losing you have nothing to fall back on.
I seldom get depressed or feel bad for a long time over poker losses.
I have a lot of differant things i enjoy as well and i can fall back on.
I used to quit school to play pro and i realized that even though i can make money with poker i still need an education and eventually a job.
You're not really happy with the fact poker is running your life are you?
Regardless of winnings do you really feel fine with that?
It's just money after all.

I think anyone who was considering suicide and read this post would read all these posts and say to themselves.

You can get your 500k back by starting a self help clinic.

Yeah, that 29 out of 30 winning sessions thing definitely sounds like you were chasing your losses a lot. I think you need to stay at lower stakes for a while, and while you're there, you should practice playing for a set time. Maybe for 2 or 3 weeks, decide exactly how long you're going to play and then quit at that time, regardless of where your stack's at.

Then, once you've got used to the idea that it's OK to quit when you're down, and quit several sessions when losing, you can loosen it up a little bit and start basing your decision about how long to play on how good the games are.

If you've got the skills to win 700K in a month, this downswing isn't a big deal. Just tell yourself that the money doesn't matter because you'll get it all back in the long run. As long as you keep yourself away from mega-monkey tilt and use decent BR management, you'll never want for money again.

This is an interesting post. My initial thought was that you're joking, but having read & re-read the post I don't think you are.....

OP, if this post is an exageration, it's not hugely funny. Just kinda warped.

But if you are serious (even a little bit) then you need to stop pissing around at a silly web forum and get some fuc*ing professional help.

Hey I should add, if you are rich or have a lot of money, I think it would be wise to hire a cook or order some healthy already made food and have it delivered to your house. Like a day or twos worth. Sandwiches, salads, eggs, etc, fruit like bananas. And a lot of water.

It is a fact that being hungry lowers mental performance and stamina. These foods also fight depression at a base levels because they are just extremely healthy for the brain.

Ah, good suggestion. I have to try to get a cook then because in sweden there is only pizza that is delivered to the door .

According to my math 700k-500k+70k = LOTS OF MONEY. Stop whining.
