Default (NL50) - Preflop Button steal gets reraised

Villain is TAG (12/8.8/2.67 @ 91 hands). I've been playing semi-lag (about 22/15/2.6) and only shown down one big hand where I raised J9o in BB when SB limped, value bet when I hit top pair and SB called two pot sized bet with 88 (flush hit and I was trying to induce a bet).

Should I call or fold to his 3bet? Does this fall under the 5/10 rule? His raise is only slightly under pot sized and I'm not sure he'll pay me off if I hit.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($47.55)
MP ($97.70)
CO ($40.10)
Hero ($67.05)
SB ($52.75)
BB ($45.85)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

You do have position. If he was short I'd say no. But, I've been known to call with this from time to time. This hand is all about implied odds. If you hit hard, YAHTZEE. If not, don't lose too much. However, he's a nit. I don't like giving nits any action. Overall, I think it's pretty marginal.
