Default Fullhouse Facing Heat on River

I have been at table for three orbits and busted a guy with QQ about 10 hands earlier. No reads. Question is how often do I just call here or raise here. I feel like a raise on the river is needed 95% of the time, does anyone agree or disagree. How would you play river?

All I am asking is this is always a push, correct? No one just calls here, right?

I think you are off by 5%. Unless you can find a way to raise MORE than 100% of the time, then do that.
