what is my monthly usage

I play poker online about 100 hours per month 2 tabling. I also surf about another 30 hours per month. I do not download music or videos apart from watching you tube. What is my usage in terms of GB (whatever GB is). I need this info to price changing to another ISP.

Get yourself a bandwidth monitor utility to get a real metric.

If you use Yahoo! widgets then this is a good looking one you can add that way: Bandwidth Graph

Use it for a week to get a feel for what you use in a day.

Try BitMeter (http://codebox.no-ip.net/controller?page=bitmeter2). It keeps track of everything flowing in and out of your computer and will sort it for you by hour/day/week/month/year etc. Also, keep in mind that this will likely fluctuate month to month.

There are ISPs that have different rates based on usage? Weird. Find one that doesn't.
