Oh, btw guys I am pretty hungry so I'm microwaving a piece of lasagna. UH OH! It's really hard to get it all heated evenly with the layers of pasta insulating the middle. I'm going to try cutting it into smaller chunks and then maybe baking it at 350 degrees in the oven for a while. Or maybe 375. I'll play it by ear. The superior method of reheating lasagna is to first slice it in about 2 cm (yeay metric system!) pieces, then microwave it (full power) for about 1-2 minutes, and then finish it off in the oven for about five minuts at 225 degrees (yeay celcius!). I expect this post to be made sticky in every subforum available at 2+2.
