I deposited via western union (they covered fees) and they told me they would offer cashout via western union.

They are A rated by sportsbook review, who seems to be a good watchdog of sportsbooks. Poker is available there also. I am not sure which network they use.

I have been happy with them. They offer -105 wagering the day of the game.
