Default Database Problem Yahoo Hosting

I keep getting this error


Database Structure Creation Results
There has been some errors while creating the database structure:
Access denied for user diecast321@localhost to database mysql

This is all filled out correctly
Database Username:
Database Password:
Hostname:
Database name:


I have no idea what to do. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

the mysql may require you to create a database user (not just your yahoo login) and assign it appropriate permissions.

noob question here, what are you using yahoo in conjuction with your sql PT db? thx

it's not a pokertracker DB, it's just a plain old mysql database.
