Default Approximate PP needed to become VIP?

I emailed them twice about VIP and they kept telling me I didn't play enough. I asked them how much I needed in PP, but they didn't bother answering. How many PP did you need to get into the Party VIP?

I was told 3,400 in a month. After hearing how few the bonuses are, I decided it wasn't worth it.

When I was playing $2/4 LHE I inquired about becoming a member of the VIP club and I was told at that level I needed to play 8500 raked hands a month. This equals 2550 regular Party Points. When I accumulated 3000 PP in a month I asked again and this time I was told I will be enrolled next month. Time passed, nothing happened. Once more I wrote an email. By then I was scoring 5000 PP and I was told I needed to increase my play by 20% to become a member.
So to me it looks like Party is rolling dice to find out how many points a particular account needs.

Way too much ambiguity for me to care too much. The points, no one really knows, the benefits, who knows? Bonuses, next Thursday?

I am not jumping through hoops for an unknown reward.

Why do peope keep inquiring about the VIP program?

It is: nonexsitent, made up, figment of imagination, rumor, lie, worthless to all but a few; all of the above.

That was nice of them. They told me 8,000 party points.

I don't have rakeback there either, so I play elsewhere except for their easy bonuses.

What is that? I know nothing of this "rakeback" of which you speak...

The requirement for me was to earn greater than 4000 regular party points in one month.

Everyone always says it doesn't matter, but when bonuses come around i get shafted with the $50 bonus while the VIP players get the $200 ones.
