Crack Angle shoot?
live 4/8 LHE table last night. Guy on my imm left is what I call the poster boy for Crack Illustarated. He is really nervous, his whole body is shaking all the time, most noticeably his hands and arms. Anyways, I am betting this hand all the way and he has been C/calling me down the entire way. Gets to the river and he is first to act(He is the SB). His hands start shaking, he starts for his chips, gets together a stack of 8 of them, pushes them out so it is an obvious bet, he releases a few of the chips. I see the chips start to release out of his hand so I put my bet out to call. He pulls his bet back and looks at me and says "you bet?" I look at the dealer and I say to her "Come on, he bet". Dealer says, "No sir, he pulled his chips back but you can still bet if you want". WTF?
Crack Angle shooter? He is a regluar so the only thing I can think of is he had been toking the dealer fairly well all night and this was his personal treatment. Oh yea, that and this dealer was pretty lame all around the whole time she was there. Also, maybe my fault for not waiting till he released all 8 of his chips instead just 2 of them .NOT! Maybe trivial but just curious as to what constitutes a bet these days |

Re: Crack Angle shoot?
He bet. Dealer must get to share his crack.

Re: Crack Angle shoot?
He bet. As to whether it was an angle, the result often speaks for itself.

Re: Crack Angle shoot?
99% sure it's an angle.
Call the floor and ask for him to put those chips back in the middle |

Re: Crack Angle shoot?
This guy was a real piece of work. After this happened he told me that if I was going to play this way that I shouldn't be in the casino

You should always wait for them to finish action before even moving your hand towards your chips. Lesson learned, hopefully. |
