ahnuld, I didn't follow what you wrote. Can you please explain what those numbers mean?

I was actually showing 10.75 BB/100 on my PT, but was told PT calculates the "BB" as big bet not big blind. So I clicked the "Treat 'BB' for NL/PL as Big Blind Amount" in the PT preferences and now it shows 21.5 BB/100.

THANKS.

[/ QUOTE ]

so it's 10.75 ptbb/100? this is not that crazy, especially over only 25k hands.

[/ QUOTE ]

SERIOUSLY

<graf here>

[/ QUOTE ]

I call shenanigans. You photoshopped that.

This amount of hands would take you WAYYYY longer than 87 days.

Also, you're talking to a forum full of people who play 4+ tables at once...usually more...At one table, these players have less time to deduct optimal strategy.. They usually just fastplay, like it or not. its the truth.

Slowplays, elaborate steals, etc are becoming a lost art.. Yeah, 8tablers think they win all the pots they should, and always get it in good, but there are always better ways to play a hand if you have the time to address it..

Find out for yourself...I have a feeling, though, that you are similar to me and are just being biased by the overwhelming multitabling majority.. It is possible to annihilate a table every time and avoid a lot of marginal situations that multitablers do not if you're only playing 1 table.

if you can make 10ptbb 1 tabling or 5 ptbb 6 tabling, which do you think is more +ev

He said that that running at 21 pokertrackers per big blind at 0.5 is the same as 4.2 pokertrackers per big blind at 1000nl

[/ QUOTE ]

But I only have one pokertracker installed?

Should I order pokertracker stud or omaha, which one? My friend uses software called poker office and says it is better, is this true? How many ptbb can I get using it?

Thanks for all the good tips in this thread guys, I feel I have learned a lot.

I don't get it. You posted this 2 weeks ago.

We are just talking 1/2

Here's an updated version of the graph I posted 2 weeks ago.

I've added this thing called "game selection" to my game, it helps.

Hands 17k onward are at 1/2 heads up, the prior hands are from 2/4+.

10.5 pt/bb is sustainable for the best players at 1/2 but they always move up and dont stay there. Im pretty sure I know a lot of guys who could do it 6 tabling over 100k hands. Doesnt mean OP's winrate is sustainable, but its possible

[/ QUOTE ]

prop bet?

I know this would never go down unless I got more people to put up money with me, but I would bet 10k (maybe less if you got a real superstar, but no less than 2k) that pretty much noone has a 10PTBB expectation at 1/2 at stars or FT 6 max.

100k, like in the quoted post. I would be willing to do less money for less hands.
