Default How about a 2+2 SSMTT

I think it would be cool to see a monthly 2+2 SSMTT on one of the sites, FT or PS. (Or where ever, I have Bodog as well)

Something like a ~$20 to ~$30 buy-in and for 2+2 players. I've seen other sites have exclusive tourneys which I think are pretty cool.

I'm not sure how they are setup though? If it costs $$$? If it were easy to set up, I think we should try to have one on a Sunday morning/afternoon. What do ya think?

After the tourney, we can discuss some of the hands / strategy here on the board... Like it?

I think it's a great idea. I'm not sure how to set them up either, but I know you can do it on Stars somehow. I heard about one on NWP radio that Micon set up.

BBV has had private tournaments a couple times, I'm pretty sure it's easy to set up.

I would love to do one with the MTT guys, and have hand discussions afterward. I'd recommend a smaller buy-in, though, to allow more people to play. (hopefully, we'd all be playing our A games no matter what the stakes, for pride if nothing else)

this is a great idea. Pokerstars customer support is awesome. why not try writing them an email and see what the next step is?

The stakes should be anywhere from $5 to $25 to provide for the best turnout.

I'd assume 10 dollars. Not too high for some, well within limits for a "for fun" game for others.

Im pretty sure you can setup private tourneys if you have over 10K career FPPs on stars. You can make it whatever buyin, game and time you want.

You don't need that many FPPs. I don't have that many career FPPs and I can set them up. It's not very hard, but you have to request it from support@pokerstars.com

Sherman

Edit: I think you need 2K career FPPs.
