Default NL10 C-bet on board with 2 overcards?

Against unknown villain, would you c-bet here? My usual opinion is almost always c-bet and if you're facing resistance, you're done with the hand. Anyone disagree?

I think this generally is a fine flop to c-bet against an unknown.

I wouldn't say I totally agree that you should almost always c-bet though. I think you should get in the habit of thinking about your opponent and the board and then deciding whether you should c-bet.

I think a CB there is fine. After he checks both the turn and river i'd not be suprised if he was holding something like a Jack or a low pocket pair, possibly a queen with a weak kicker. If you've got reads that he's a tightwad that wont call a bet on the river you could try representing the ace I guess. If you're not sure then I think checking behind is fine.

Really interested in your reasoning, and what's your plan for the turn?

A queen or jack never folds on the flop, and an underpair almost never calls.

I usually call turn if he leads, or bet if checked to.
