EVIL FACTION #2 - EVIL HEROES

Winning Conditions for the faction: Eliminate one of the other factions (Evil Villains or Village) and outnumber the remaining faction to ensure victory.

Batman

Godfather role.
Appears when investigated: Villager (unless roleblocked, then appears as Batman)

The Godfather of the Evil Heroes faction. Each night Batman can select a target either to kill. It is ultimately Batman's decision who to kill -- if Batman chooses to go against the will of his fellow heroes, he may do so. Batman is responsible for PMing me the Evil Villains' night action each night. If he is absent on any given night, the remaining faction members must come to consensus on a kill. Upon his death, all kills made by a faction must be consensus.

Night kills must also be accompanied by the name of the Evil Hero carrying out the kill. Batman's PMs should read "Hero 1 kills Player X." This is necessary due to the existence of prostitute-style characters.

Wonderwoman

Roleblocker role.
Appears when investigated: Wonderwoman

An evil hero whose abilities are similar to the familiar prostitute role.

Wonderwoman targets a player each night to "roleblock," preventing that player from carrying out any actions they were attempting that night. While she may consult with her fellow heroes, the decision is ultimately left to Wonderwoman.

If Wonderwoman targets Sherlock or an activated Watson, her block will be successful. However, Sherlock/Watson will be informed of the block and of Wonderwoman's identity. If Wonderwoman targets a godfather, the godfather will peek as their true identity, not as villager.

If Wonderwoman targets a player who has been targeted by a night-kill, Wonderwoman dies with that player.

Superman

Votebuyer role.
Appears when investigated: Superman

An evil hero able to control the vote of one other player during the day. He must PM me before night falls whose vote he wishes to change, and what he wishes to change it to. There is no cost or limit to how many days Superman may exercise his powers; he may change one vote per day until his death.

If Lex Luthor, Superman, or Mr. Moneybags target the same player for vote controlling, each will have an equal percent chance of controlling the vote -- so if two target the same person, it's 50/50 on which goes through, if all three target the same person, it's 33/33/33.

Evil Heroes

Appears when investigated: Evil

There will be TWO generic evil heroes who may or may not have an unnamed power. If they DO have an unnamed power, the power will be rather minor (i.e. not an extra kill or possession or something crazy like that). If they DO have an unnamed power, when the power is used, the name of the role using the power will be revealed and confirmed as a role present in the game. The player who used this unnamed power will not be revealed.

MORE EVIL ROLES!!!

These evil roles win if either evil faction wins. In other words, they win if the village loses.

Damien

Appears when investigated: Damien

Damien is the Son of Satan. Think of him as an "evil pumpkin." He will have unnamed powers. He will use them to help the evils. He will NOT know the identity of the evils, and they will NOT know his identity. If he comes out as Damien in the thread, he will be mod-killed and will LOSE.

These powers may manifest themselves obviously... or not-so-obviously...

Terrorist

Appears when investigated: Terrorist

Standard terrorist role. May explode self in thread during day and blow up a player with him by stating in bold, "I am the Terrorist. I blow up Player X." Both he and Player X will die. If he comes out in the thread as the terrorist without naming a target, he will be mod-killed and will LOSE.

NEUTRAL ROLES

Chuck Norris
A vigilante character. Chuck Norris may make one night kill each night. He may elect to refrain from taking a kill, but cannot do so on consecutive nights (thus, Chuck Norris must make a night kill AT LEAST every other night).

Winning Conditions: updated. At the time of Chuck's death, or at the time of the game ending (village or evil faction or Jekyll/Hyde wins), Chuck must have killed as many or more evils than goods (neutrals count for neither). For example, killing two evils, two goods, and one neutral means Chuck has won. Killing one evil and two goods means Chuck has lost...

Patton's Baby

Carter is just a baby.

Powers: updated. As a growing boy, he becomes stronger and stronger as the game progresses, gaining more and more vote power. Exactly how much vote power he will possess on a given day will not be revealed. He wins with neither good nor evil; he has his own secret win condition. If, perhaps, you can deduce who Patton's Baby is, his vote can be used to a votebuyer's advantage...

Winning Conditions: Unknown.

The Neutralizer

The Neutralizer does not see good, nor does he see evil. He sees only indifference. Kept in isolation in the Poggopolis Correctional Facilty, he has no escaped with a vengeance.

Every night, beginning with night 1, he may submit a name by PM to me. If that name is the name of a player with a neutral role, that player will die at a random time during the following day, but at least two hours before deadline. This may happen suddenly, and without warning. When this occurs, the Neutralizer succeeds at his mission and leaves the game. If the name submitted is not a neutral role, the middle of the next day will pass quietly and nothing will happen...

Winning Conditions: Kill a neutral role in the manner described, or be the last neutral character left alive. If the Neutralizer dies the same night as the last other neutral character left alive, he still loses.

Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde

A character that evolves throughout the game (assuming he isn't lynched/killed during the process). Dr. Jekyll is PMed that he is a regular villager. But he's not.

PHASE ONE
However, during the first night (ie, just before the game), Mr. Hyde will take over for the first time. In the morning, a scene will be found that will contain the subtlest of hints regarding which player is actually Mr. Hyde.

Left unimpeded, the second and third nights will see the Hyde personality attempt to kill another player that is somehow "attached" to Jekyll's daytime persona. What this "attachment" means (someone who votes against Jekyll? someone who defends Jekyll?) will remain ambiguous. Jekyll (the player) will remain unaware of his condition. The chance of this kill being performed is 50%. If unsuccessful, the targeted player will still be revealed in the thread as having been attacked (although their role will not be disclosed). During this phase, Jekyll wins with the village. He may be killed by any night kill unless protected.

Further, if any player suspects that he/she is Jekyll, they may ingest a potion in an attempt to cure themself. This can be done during day OR night, and the results will be revealed instantly. If that player is INDEED Jekyll, they will be cured and have satisfied their own winning requirements. They remain in the game as a regular villager. If that player is NOT Jekyll, they will die.

PHASE TWO
If Jekyll lives uncured to see night 3 (or the third "game-night" -- since the first one is Night 0, the pre-game scene), he will fully morph into Mr. Hyde and be notified of that fact. At this point, Hyde has become a serial killer and wins if he is the only player left alive. He gets a night kill each night, which can kill anyone (evil or good). This state will endure for nights 4, 5 and 6.

However, Dr. Jekyll still lurks inside of Mr. Hyde, and his kills will be successful at only a 75% rate.

PHASE THREE
Whenever one evil faction is eliminated entirely, Hyde's kills will become successful at a 100% rate.

Win Conditions:

1)Wins with village if he dies before becoming Hyde, wins as last person left alive if he becomes Hyde.
OR
2)May drink the potion before night 4 to cure self

The Flying Great Pumpkin

Brings chaos. Wins with village.

[b]Last notes:

Again, most roleclaims (true, fabricated, etc.) will have to run through me. I have intentionally designed the game in a manner to discourage roleclaiming. Remember, you don't know who may be trying to kill you...

NO SUBPLOTS MENTIONED AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. You can always be on the lookout for any clues the mod may give as to subplots. But no discussing possible subplots in thread, please...

You have awoken to a revolution.

The chafing anger you have felt, the violence you have restrained, the rage you have bit back. It is time
to let it out.

You have been trapped in a poisonous web of deceit. But now, the final straw has fallen. The first domino has been toppled.

Now, dead in the steps of the First Bank is beloved local physician and renowned playboy Dr. Shortline Sunflower.

Atop him lies a simple note.

“Dearest Citizens. Let this be a warning to you. Inciting revolutions is a serious matter. Please do not force us to take any more drastic measures... Sincerely, Mayor Luthor.”

Then a scream is heard. You rush over and find the badly bruised and burned body of local rapper DJ OurHizzle. The only recognizable piece of him that remains is his necklace that sits on the steps of the Daily Planet...

He seems to have been attacked by someone with laser eyes... and there is that strange bat-shaped shuriken stuck in his liver...

Suddenly, you hear sirens. You turn quickly and see police carting away the misshapen bodies of two masked men, still clutching their stolen jewelry, necks broken by roundhouse kicks. Another case of misguided vigilantism? Is this truly what Poggopolis needs? You know only one man can be responsible...

And finally... and most horribly... you find the body of the noted revolutionary Maddeus Towne. He is quickly surrounded by his closest followers. “But the prophecy, the prophecy,” they mumble...

His head seems to have been squashed by a walking stick of some sort. People are reporting sights of a strange, mumbling man with a top hat...

Near the body is found a sole item: a baseball card depicting an Oakland Athletics player. But what can that possibly mean...

Suddenly, it clicks. The picture comes into focus. You know what must be done.

Among you are the evil villains that have controlled your modest town. Luthor, Penguin, Poison Ivy. Their names are known to you well. They want absolute control, absolute power. Let us not give them what they want.

But what of the heroes that once protected you? They too have forsaken you. Superman, Wonderwoman, Batman and the rest. Instead of hope, they bring destruction. Where they once gave, now they steal. They are selfish and powerful. We cannot blame them for how they are. Perhaps we can even sympathize. But we cannot let down our guard, not even for an instant, not even for their familiar faces. They are most dangerous of all.

You must free yourself, Poggopolis. Free yourself from these villains... and these heroes. Who can you trust? Who is working with you? Against you? Do some against themselves? Why are there so many secrets...

The evils hide amongst you. Lynch them all.

Your time is at hand.
