Default General line query for KJ/KQs OOP preflop

Just wondering how people played KJ/KQ suited in 6max from btn/CO into an UTG/MP, TAG/Reg raiser?

Seems you can make a case for folding, calling or raising here and I'm lost on this one. Thinking at this stage, seeing as I'm lost I may as well throw them away as you can get some pretty sticky post flop positions.

Against a donk/maniac obviously a call is fine but against your basic TAG/Reg should I be folding this???? I know it's difficult to give advice without specific situation/stats/reads but would appreciate any general/anecdotal advice here.

I'm 3 betting vs pretty much anybody. You take the pot down quite frequently preflop or with a C-bet. Furthermore even if you get action you have position, initiative, and a hand that can flop strongly. Obviously if you get 4 bet preflop you can fold.

Almost never 3bet, call KQs most of the time, call KJs some of the time. Those hands play pretty nicely postflop IP and I like the pretty colours on the cards.

Hmm, two responses. one for 3betting, one for calling. 3betting to me seems more the way to go. problem I have with it is when I get called i'm quite often beaten and get CRed on flop when I miss. Perhaps I just need bigger sample size.

Mix it up. I think it is prolly villain dependant and hero image dependant.

Sorry bout that. In pos. Stuffed the subject. As a guy who's on here heaps, do you kno if I can change the subject?

Anyway, would def appreciate your opinion here as I def value it. Basically just asking what your default line is here. Against a TAG/Reg who plays straight forward. Are you folding, calling or raising preflop in pos?

1.) Try editing your original post, although it might be too late.

2.) There really is no default line. These hands have clear value, but are easily dominated. So a bunch of it depends on how I feel about taking on a particular player postflop. One thing I will say is that suitedness really helps as a practical matter vs. unsuited, because postflop becomes real clear and +EV when 2 or 3 of your suit comes down, so I do tend to like to play these hands. So I guess my "default" is call, keep the pot small for now, play in position, and pwn.
