Default Promising upcoming movies

Ive watched a good number of trailers the past few days and thought I'd share a few that looked like they could be good. One or two of these could already be out somewhere. Also, I know a few of these have been posted in various threads but those looked good enough to post again in case some people missed them.

310 to Yuma -Crowe+Bale.
Ghosts of Cite Soleil -Looks like a real life City of God.
Vantage Point - Forrest Whitaker!!
This is England -looks like this one was just released.
30 Days of Night - will probably suck, but could be cool in a 28 Days Later kinda way.
Gone Baby Gone directed by Ben Affleck?? but the cast looks good(Omar from The Wire!!)
I Am Legend -no idea about the title, but Will Smith looks like he has been living in a [censored] gym.
The Golden Compass -not normally something that would appeal to me, but this looks interesting and the talking bear looks like a badass.
Death Sentence - Kevin Bacon is a father out for revenge.
Eastern Promises -Cronenberg and Viggo Mortenson again, this time about the russian mob.
In the Valley of Elah -Tommy Lee Jones' son goes missing after returning from Iraq
We Own the night -Cops vs Russian gangsters with Joaquin Phoenix, Marky Mark, and robert Duvall.
No Country for Old Men -Coen Brothers new film.
American Gangster -Denzel is a Harlem kingpin drug dealer.

A list like this that does not include "Superbad" is no list at all.

Superbad does indeed look pretty funny.

Sleuth also looks like it could be interesting. Love Michael Caine.

Rendition appears to have some promise as well.

I saw This Is England, and it was, indeed, pretty good.

Also, I Am Legend is a Richard Matheson book about the last human on earth (or at least in his town), which has been taken over by vampires. The book was good. I have trouble imagining the movie will be good.

Of the ones said so far, I think Assassination of Jesse James, American Gangster and possibly The Golden Compass look good to me. You mentioned what seem to me to be a lot of 28 Days Later-type movies, and while I did enjoy 28 Days/Weeks, I hope they don't try to just make a cheap buck off it.

Anybody else mesmerized by Borden (The Villan) in the Coen Brothers movie?

That film looks like it may top Fargo as their best effort.

Into the Wild (trailer)

The book was an awesome read. I hope the movie lives up. The trailer looks pretty aweome, but as we now from Entourage, that could be decieving.
