I think you should push there, if he has the flush, oh well, bad luck. If he doesn't he will have to fold (if he is any good) two pair, and if he is a real nit even trips in some circumstances.

You have to think... would he just call with KK JJ or 88? Could he have QT? If those are unlikely, just push.

As played... I don't know. It's a tough spot and he has made a very suspicious raise. Flip a coin.

You really gotta bet more on the flop. There are a million draws and you have to discourage them from drawing (or make them draw at a bad price). Pot it.

And you gotta push the turn.

I'd also probably make it a full 3 BB PF but maybe that's nitpicking, probably doesn't matter.

FWIW I always have trouble with pkt As and try to play them fast, I've had them cracked too many times.

I might check shove this flop. If it checks through at least the pot remains smallish and stacks on the flop are good for check shoving.
As played I shove turn and pray he doesn't have a flush or QT.
Edit: With a PSB behind you really don't need to have the best hand that often to make a shove good.

I would shove over that. If he had a good holding at this point (say two pair or QT) he would bet more than 1/3 of the pot because
a) you shower aggression
b) the board is too draw heavy and he's be afraid of another diamond or a four card straight popping up on the board.

So, he either doesn't have a great hand and will fodl to your shove, or he has the flush. I don't think he has the flush often enough to be folding here. Shove.
