How do I put movies on my PSP?

First off, I did run a search and found many non-related topics. I just bought a 4 gig Memory Card, so I want to throw some episodes of The Office on there, Heroes, etc.

I have downloaded PSP Video 9 and followed these exact steps as listed:

The files copy to my PSP, however, when I go to my PSP movies, it shows no movies.

I have Media Manager and have had no troubles copying game files to and from my pc.

nevermind!! i found a way to upload them through the media manager. ignore me!

for dvds use dvddecrypter to rip and autogk to encode. they can be converted/transferred to the psp using psp video 9.

avc is the better type in psp video 9 btw. and you can roll through 3 movies easily without running out of battery.

i need to look for some sort of airplane accessory for hanging the psp from the back of a seat tray.
