Bonus book offer question

I've cleared the bonus on the site I signed up to for this, and so earnt the required amount of points, so now I need to wait for the site to contact 2+2. But where can you usee when this has been done? When I log into the bonus account section, all I see is a list of sites that I can sign up to. Anyone know what to do now? Thanks.
