Default 25 NL: BB (not so special...)

Villain is unknown..

I was going to write my thinking on each street..but, the truth is; basically, I didn't like the river card.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP3 ($5.55)
CO ($25.90)
Button ($23.30)
SB ($31.65)
Hero ($24.65)
UTG ($36.55)
UTG+1 ($14.50)
MP1 ($9)
MP2 ($24.25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, MP3 calls $0.25, CO calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.7</font>, MP3 folds, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $1.75</font>, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.9</font>, CO calls $2.15.

Turn: ($8.80) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, CO calls $4.

River: ($16.80) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $17.75</font>, Hero thinks: Crap! I'm going to lose aren't I?

Your turn and river bets are way too small.

I prefer to check call the river.

3betting the flop is bad. C/f the river.

Why is 3-bet flop bad? "Only better hands call/we don't want to blow an ace off their hand" type deal?

6.5$ on the turn At least.

Too bad no stats on that guy - hard to determine, with what hands he could limp.QT very possible, but would he raraise with gutshot? AJ - damn.

River is sure ugly. Can't say anything there - still not so smart.

you were probably beat the whole way (maybe splitting on the turn)
If he hit the str8 I would say he must have like QJd anyway, possibly QK or QTd.
I really don't like the turn bet at all, it needs to be a lot bigger.
but yeah, by river you have to fold; you are really lucky if you are splitting with J8 or something.
