your obv new here.... BBV is not strategy talk. ask anything like that and u will get flamed. also your question doesnt have a good answer.

If you want my honest opinion on your best course of action is to play Eye of the Tiger on max volume, do 15 pushups and 10 sit-ups. Then flex in front of a mirror naked while saying "your a star, your a big bright shining star". also mix in some karate kicks and punches
