There is no good way to play BVB. I guess bet flop, but man that sucks if he reraises big. On the turn his pot overbet is weird. Looks like it could be a monster making up for lost time slowplaying/scared of that board. But who knows.
If this guy has been completing the whole game, I bet the flop. If this is the first time I'd be a little leary. So I'd probably check behind on the flop, and check fold turn. Bleh.
