Hi RexWoo,
without reads I fold on the flop. If "playing a lot of hand" means he can bet a draw OOP with 4 players behind I call but I'm not sure it's possible.
As played, I play the same turn and river.

I fold the flop, you are just hoping for a cheap showdown in this situation and many hands beat you.

He has shown strength oop, and the pot is multiway so folding you stay away of the problems.

I agree that calling this flop in a 4 way pot is super bad.

Vilain beats me 99% of the time here.

I think the call would be good heads up.
