Is check/folding or check/calling a small bet on the river way too weak tight? I suck playing post flop with 30bb stacks... His line up til the turn looks so much like a draw and the Qd completes almost every draw he could have on the flop.

I find such bets pretty strange, if your hand has any value you'll win showdown and if you bet he folds, if not you'll lose it, not a single reason to bet. Id check/call 1/2 pot maybe.

you'd be surprised. I mean I review all my HH now and there is a ridiculous amount of brainless play there.

I agree with you that my river bet is thin, maybe bad (that's why I posted). Calling the raise might even be worse.

I like a check call here alot more than a bet/call , a flopped open ender + flush draw got there, backdoor gutshot might have lol'd its way there, and there are other 2 pair/set hands that beat

As Mayor said, Qd completes every possible draw but I did not paid attention, I guess.

c/c looks like a better line. Once I bet, I probably should fold to the raise as I am beat always, me think.
