400NL weird spot

6max opponent has 400 and is unknown and i cover.

Bad limper. Villian makes it 16 and I call with 55. Limper folds.

Flop comes QT8 and 2 hearts. Villian quickly checks and I bet $32 into the $40. He calls.

The turn is a 5 of hearts. He checks and I figure I need to proctect and bet $80 into the $105. He calls.

The river is a 9. He fires out $196 into the $265. Call or fold?

I was leaning towards folding, but the only hands I can really give him are a weirdly played AJ/KJ with a heart. I suppose he could have the nut flush too, but its still a weird play...
