Default I\'m so lost on this turn w/ QQ in 3-betted pot

I just sat down at the table and villain is unknown to me.

<font color="green">
Flop: I'm going to bet/call.

Turn: I was going to check/call and probably check/call most river. Thoughts on that? I'm not very sure I like it. Maybe it's better to just bet and hope he pay of w/ JJ/TT?

River: Check/fold seems good... not much to do?

the turn doesnt change much unless he calls really light pf. I think betting the turn is good. As played, river c/f is fine.

Nah, I know the turn doesn't change much and I should probably just stick it in on turn.

Gah, I run horrible ATM... mhe I loose my confidence in my play when that happens.

i was kind of thinking bet too at first, but JJ and TT are literally the only 2 worse hands that beat ace-high. i like a check to let him shove with 77 or QJ or something. and i think the same logic applies for why river c/f is good

Well, yeah it definatly obvious she had you on turn but there is a way that you could have prevented it. There is very little chance that she had 8 or 9. (Could you really see her raising and calling preflop with anything that had an 8 or a 9?????)
A common mistake about a lot of poker players is that they do not protect their hand. They either slow play it or just try to check it down. Well, that action possibly allows your oponent an oppurtunity to catch a better hand(river).

Basically, you should have bet the turn. Someone might say that sascha1507 would still have called the turn bet, but you should have at least tried.

A little misplayed, but correct on folding on river.

ive seen calldowns with AK here. as for the river: i think JJ/TT shove way more often than AK/AQ.

it's a lot to assume about an unknown with whom we have no history that he'll call off 70 bb with A high, and bluff the river with JJ
