Default $25 PS bubble in CO w/ suited ace

The hand converter is dead, so I'll just describe it. Blinds are 1000/2000 +200 ante. I have 23k on the CO. The remaining players to act have about the same as me with the most being the BB w/ 40k. I have Ad3d and it's folded to me.

Is this an autopush? Do I have enough chips to make a smaller raise, say 5k, and bail if someone plays back?

I'm really trying to improve my bubble play, but I'm finding it very frustrating. I can cash pretty regularly, but I don't make final tables where the money is.

I'd shove this. Open-folding is better than making it 5K.
