NO house that looks to be about 4500-5000 square feet

[/ QUOTE ]

Eyeballing that house I'd say it's nowhere near 5k SQFT... maybe low 3's.

[/ QUOTE ]

I guess 3841 sq.ft. Likely has a great room with 4 beds up, and maybe 2 in fully finished bsmt with a large maple kitchen (granite counters), vaulted ceiling, eating area. Probably has hardwood thru-out the main part of house.

Just browsing through and saw this place. Very, very nice on the inside, but not so much exterior. As much as I like the interior, how does this place cost 741k US dollars? Is the area that high priced?

Sweet. White Rock is nice. Easy access to fish and chips.

Why WR? Where did you live before? I ask because this is almost exactly the price range we are looking at and exactly the same down payment. Where else did you look?

[/ QUOTE ]

Didnt really look anywhere else. Was looking for a newish place that was close to friends/family and was in a nice area. Have a few friends that live in Morgan Creek, plus there is lots of new construction there. I also like Cloverdale (also lots of new constr.) but my parents live there and I wanted to be close to them but not SUPER close More of a chance to get a yard and whatnot there in this pricerange, whereas White Rock its gonna be pretty hard to find a yard for under 1.2M (and those houses are not as nice inside..think 1.5Mish for high end interior+decent yard in white rock

Right now I live downtown on Georgia have been down here for about 2.5 yrs but renting

Whereabouts in WR? My folks live in South Surrey (32nd and 142nd). I am out Cloverdale way myself. Also, I know you have no clue about me as I primarily lurk the forums, but, do you play much at the local casinos?

Nice house, but looks like you won't have much privacy in that jacuzzi in your back yard.
