preflop isn't terrible i mix raises and calls w 99 utg. flop check by raiser was odd. but i still have to bet? turn a king he now doesn't want to get drawn out or draw? call or fold?

Given that a limp\caller and original raise both checked that flop you may have been able to lead with a bet IMO. ~750-900 would probably be good enough. The bet is small enough that you could fold if the BB C\R all in. Not sure what your reads are on the BB but its likely that the flop didn't improve his hand. There are several hands that I would put in his range (some of which would beat your 9's) that may be scared off by the K.

As its played I think that you can safely fold that turn card. A bet on the flop may have allowed you to tighten the villain's range a little more so the decision would be easier on the turn. You also may have just picked up the pot then.

I think he crushed that flop, not many other hands take this line, the turn was a scare card for his AK/ made hand, I think we're behind a vast majority of time here.

IMHO, I'm not limping this hand when the blinds get to this level from our position, our hand becomes so transparent, we rarely get paid off, and most flops will be difficult to play for value in a limped pot.

Prefer a raise to ~375 calling an over the top from the two shorties (nniiiice), prob. calling the 1500, maybe to the 1800.

I agree with Chip. As played, this is a clear fold.

At this blind level/stage, i think u need a better reason/read on the table to limp this hand from UTG pre than just to 'mix it up.'

I'd prob bet this flop if checked to. Donks won't check a K here very often, and they will c/c with a FD more often than they c/r. Turn is an easy fold IMO, b/c you're not beating anything since donks don't shove hands like AhQs here.

I hate spots like this preflop. He can make that reraise move with AK - A10 (and maybe worse Aces depending on the level) He could also make this move with 10-10 thru AA. He could also be more aggressive and you could add 77 and 88 an KQ to his range. Most players are going to be at the upper end of this range.

With an M around 20, what kind of line whould we take here after the preflop raise?

A shove?
A go and go?
As played?
Fold?

I think pushing all in over the raise might be the best line here...

What do y'all think?

When you limp 99 UTG, you should do it with the option to reraise, call, or fold to a raise. Here with the raise coming from the BB you should consider reraising preflop.

I would be a little suspicious of the small raise OOP, however, but people at this stakes sometimes don't know how much to raise.
