PLO8 starting hands with ev
Does anyone have a good starting hand chart with ev for plo8? I am curious how certain hands compare and which hands change in value from limit o/8. Thanks

Not sure about Ray Zee's book(just picked it up), but Cappelletti's book has good charts about starting hands.

Re: PLO8 starting hands with ev
after 21 thousand hands this year I'm still down with AA2.. how's that for EV. Very few of them were missplayed to boot.

Yeah, well, the identity of that 4th card can change things. Huge difference between AA25 and AA29.

Re: PLO8 starting hands with ev
AA29 doesn't have backup potential and the 9 can't make any straights with the other cards.
Where as AA25 allows for you to still make the nut low if your 2 gets counterfitted, and still allows for a 5 to 6 high straight. |
