Interpoker Unknown Application?

Using Windows Task Manager I have noticed that when I load up Interpoker a

UA.exe

starts running. This was slowing my laptop so I closed it down. I thought this would close Interpoker but it didnt and it continues to run fine.

Is this some form of spyware?
