Default You aren\'t the only one who knows your Fortune Poker password

I thought some of you might find this conversation I had with Fortune Poker interesting.

I had a messenger window popping up and it made me mistype my password 5-6 times (woops). Anyways, I guess they lock your account for 24 hours. Didn't have 24 hours to not gamble so I called them.

I told the lady that I needed the lock taken off my account. She asked me for my player ID, name, address, and birthday.

To my surprise, she reads my password off the screen to me (I didn't even ask for it).

Thats pretty crazy that Fortune leaves your password exposed for any employee to see it and that they trade it for some pretty basic information.

I asked a few questions about what kind of protection they offer players if their accounts get hacked and she actually said this:

"Sir, that has never happened before".

I'm sure thats true... Anyway, I asked again, and she replied:

"Well how would you do it?"

I told her I would do it the same way every other major poker site does it... she didn't like my answer and told me she was hanging up on me. (then she hung up)

Any thoughts?
