Interesting. I just checked out the "AC Ghetto" thread; two of the four "AC threads" cited have OPs that do not concern anarchocapitalism (though one does mention ACists (in an obvious trolling attempt)).

Yeah, I found that amusing as well. One of them has absolutely nothing to do with AC.

I haven't ever been too involved in the forum, but I've never had a problem with any of the modding up until this recent move of locking current threads with AC content and making an "official" thread. Two of those locked threads had over 140 posts in them with multiple good discussion strands in full swing. Locking those was very poor form and stifled a lot of discussion.

Like it or not, there is way way way too much and too varied of discussion on AC to fit into one thread per any time period, so I really hope this plan will be changed.

The only reason I even read the forum at all is because I'm interested in AC related discussions. If all AC talk is really going to be consigned to one thread, I'm pretty sure it will all but ruin the forum for me.

WTF? over half of the regular posters in the forum are anarchists. If people didn't want to talk about anarchism the threads would drop down to the bottom. There are plenty of other threads active.

Now, if mods want to more aggressively stop threads that were originally NOT about AC turning into that discussion that that's fine.

Also, just clarifying here, can I start as many posts about anarchosocialism as I like?

Hard to lump that in with "ultra right-wing extremists," so I don't see why not.

Please just delete the politics forum and refuse to comment on it. If anyone brings it up, ban them.

Really.

Why do you and By-Tor and others care so much about a forum you reperatedly claim yuou don't care about?

Just can't resist the titillation, eh?

Yours and others posts who don't use this forum but bash it every opportunity are the definition of trolling.
