I wouldn't say you got one-outed, a lot of people float with overpairs. But I certainly don't get stacked here without a read.

Re: 2/4 nut boat get one outed?
Definitely bet/fold this barring a miraculous read. I bet somewhere around 1/2 pot. Given that you were the preflop raiser and villain has position on you, if he had a 5, I'm sure (lol, guessing) that he would pop you most of the time on the flop. He can be floating with overpairs or be calling with some sort of wrap, or just be planning to take it away from you if he's particularly tricky. Bet around 1/2 pot and if he just calls you, well, enjoy an even harder river decision.

if you bet, do you think you will get called by worse?

If you were the button, would you raise a 5 on the flop?

Re: 2/4 nut boat get one outed?
Wow, villian has 5 in his range here a lot on the flop. Without reads, I would have to say he has a 5 at least 33% of the time.
On the turn, if you bet, and villian calls or raises, he'll have a 5 a lot, but if you check, villian will bet the hands without a 5 a fair bunch to. I think the turn is check, and maybe a c/r-bluff if villian bets small, otherwise fold. (I think you can almost raise the minimum in this spot, this is one of the cleapest c/r bluff situations you will get in PLO.) If Villian checks behind on turn, bet the river in a callable amount. |

Re: 2/4 nut boat get one outed?
This is a 5 way, way more than 33% of the time. I definitely wouldn't be betting the turn here. I'd check and hope that AA or KK are scared enough to check behind. Then on the river, you could try either a check/call or a bet/fold, but I would try to avoid getting too many chips in here. If villian bets more than half the pot on the turn, I'm probably just giving up right now.
