Default 25NL: 22 vs tight player. How should i have played this?

I called the flop figuring that he is playing two over cards. He c-bets alot.

Do you guys lead the turn here?

If i put him on two overs is there any reason to bet the river here?

If you put him on overs then I reraise the flop. Don't let him catch up, any over will make you worried.

Bet the river if you want a chance to get your money back oO

If you're going to float, I can't imagine a better turn card to bet.

Floating is when you call a flop in position with the intention to take the pot away from him on the turn.

Read about it in the master sticky!

Whoops, misread action. Thought you were in position.

I think I lead turn, shut down. I don't think I call flop oop with nothing but a 2 to improve my hand if I'm behind. There are pairs and boards that are profitable to float oop, but I don't think this is one of them -- case in point is the way this hand dealt out and counterfeited you. Now your "showdownable" hand is only going to win if you bluff.

Oh indeed, I thought you were in position aswell.
I'd probably still check/raise the flop.

I fold the flop for sure without doubt. But if your going to call based on that read, why didn't you bet out the turn. Even raise the flop.
