Default 25NL: QQ 3bet preflop 2 callers

This is maybe my 3rd hand at the table no reads.

If someone has AA or KK they are going to 4 bet don't you think?

Is the preflop raise to 6 good here?

How is the flop push? Am I over palying QQ here?

I don't like this hand. I don't like 4 betting QQ; and I wouldn't do it vs a UTG raiser and a MP reraiser esp w/o reads. I'd call the RR and if UTG came over the top, I'd probably fold.

People often do not 5bet AI w/ AA/KK pf. Sometimes KK waits until there is no A on the flop; sometimes they wait for an undercard flop and CRAI. And sometimes they do shove AI pf.

EDIT: I looked at the hand again and I don't hate it as much now. Neither villain has a full buyin and UTG minraised. After they both call and undercards flop; you are pretty much committed to going with the hand. Nevertheless, in general I stick to my comments.

Tricky spot I think, but I like it. Just calling could get you in trouble if UTG re-raises. With the re-raise and the two cold calls, this looks like AK, AQs, JJ, QQ and maybe TT if the player(s) are weak. I'm not really ever worried about AA/KK here readless, and with your raise price, if they hit a set on the flop, well, you know you did your work pre-flop.

As long as you are willing to fold to another raise from either player pre-flop, I think this raise is OK from time to time in this specific situation. Cold calling in this situation pretty much turns your hand face up, IMO, to a thinking opponent; that being said, I wouldn't get into the habit of 4-betting QQ.

As played I have no prob re-raising all in. I think you will see JJ here a lot, as well as AK, with a rare QQ/TT showing. You will still see the ocassional 22/44/55 as well, and maybe some random mid pair depending on the player.

If someone had come over the top preflop i could have easily gotten away from this. Since neither did and the flop was so low i found it hard to believe that i didn't have the best hand.

I agree...

Only problem is the UTG's min raise..Usually I do not count a min raise as a raise..But with QQ I would want a read on UTG's min raise and MPs range(LAG or TAG) before 4 betting w/QQ...

Either way ALL the money is going in on an all under flop like this..

4 betting QQ against 2 unknowns is generally a BIG mistake at these stakes...A normal 4 bet would committ us to call a shove and generally speaking(ie..no reads) the only hands that either call our 4 bet or shove have our QQ crushed..This hand is a little different given that UTG only min raised
