CCU...gone?
I just tried to open up CCU's page and got a "http 404 - URL not found" error. Anybody been on their site lately? Or has FON lived up to reputation?

Re: CCU...gone?
Shocking, I'm sure no one saw that coming. Why not stick to sites like PSO where you know you won't get screwed even if this turns out to be just a hosting issue.
Edit, he has not posted here since September 29th. |

[/ QUOTE ] He lives in NY. Any lawyers here want to tell us how to sue him in small-claims court from another state? I could care less about the money, but if i could use a long-arm statute to force him to show up in a N.M. court, then that would be worthwhile fun to me. lol |

Re: CCU...gone?
I think you would need a name/address(either corporate or personal) to have the papers served to. Other than that, I think it is just a matter fo going to your local court and filing suit. I've been through this once before, and I can't rmemeber if there was a fee to file or not(should be very small if there is). Wouldn't that be fun if he got slapped with 100 lawsuits from all different jusridictions LOL!

You know, with everyone so looking for a reason to point out that you will have your money stolen if you gamble on the internet. Ken |

He changed his name on the whois registry. CCU was registered to Sheldon Swift; now it's registered to Sheldon Silver. Edit: Sheldon Silver is the speaker of the NY state assembly, so it's obviously not him. |
