Stuff to do in Las Vegas

Regarding restaurants and shows, tons of threads on the standard stuff in B&M forum. I've posted quite a bit on both of those topics over there. Some searching there should provide you with a good start. Post good links here.

Scorpion Bowl races at The Peppermill alway do it for me. Huge drinks with like 11 shots in them, and ice cream if you want it. Get 2 sans ice cream, split your crew into 2 teams. Everyone grab a straw and gogogo. Hilarity will follow.
