Poker Stars cashout question

Hello everyone. I was just wondering what the exact requirements are for cashout at PS if I received a transfer. I contacted support, but got a couple different answers. Do I have to earn a certain number of FFP points and/or keep my $ in there for a certain amount of time? I had $1800 transferred. TIA.

Whatever they are, they're very low. I had already cashed out my whole bankroll from PS except for $200. Then I had 5K transferred to me, played 3 tables of 1-2 limit for an hour and cashed everything out no problems.
