stack sizes make this spot hard. pretty much any vb is gonna tie you to the pot, so i guess i dont hate a shove.
but if youre willing to get all your money in, why not b/c $60. maybe he'll think the river is a good spot to try and push you off. a shove folds off quite a few hands that might have paid a river bet. still, i dont hate it. kinda looks like youre trying to run over him. maybe he looks up light, who knows.

Against a passive player I just c/f. I play against donks like this all the time. They always have it.
Tougher spot against a tougher player.
