394$ eff, vill unknown

2 folds, CO opens to 16$, 2 folds, I raise black JJ to 60$ in the BB. Villain calls.

Flop is K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

bet/fold? bet/call? betsize? check/fold? check/shove?

hand 2

440$ eff, villain is stationish, 41/12/1 after 40 hands
3 handed at the time

BTN openraises to 16$, 1 fold, Hero 3bets red JJ to 56$ (?), BTN calls

Flop is K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Easy cbet? Size?

Without any real great reads. I usually just bet and be done with the hand if called/raised. Obv. this is exploitable to an extent. You can c/c, c/f without reads. Both lines have holes, but I can't really think of much better.
