What's happened to me?

i dunno. my thought for big downswings and how to get out of them is usually twofold. First. Take at least two days off and make sure that everything in real life is in order, like eating well, having some fun, getting everything done, etc.
Next part is usually to make sure when playing again that with every slight decision that I have to make at the table, I take a reasonable amount of time to think about it while really focusing intensely on everything at the table. This usually helps.

Seriously though, take a step back and reevaluate your game. Find big pots that you lost, see if there are any obvious concerns. You probably are playing a high variance style and maybe you're just running into the variance bug. Maybe others have caught onto you as others have said.

I find that sometimes I convince myself that I'm playing well when I'm really not. Maybe have someone review some of your hands and see what they think.

I think when moving down you need a tough mind set to make it work. Are you perhaps trying to make the loss back too quicky? Or perhaps making too many moves and not giving the other players enough respect (given you recent successes I think it can be easy to view these stakes as being 'below' you to some extent)?

I know that I am and always will be a bigger looser at NL25 then NL200 because even though the stakes aren't a million miles apart, I just can't take it serioulsy when sat with just a tenner in front of me!

Whatever you do dont drop below 200nl unless you honestly feel like your game has turned into complete shhit. 50k breakeven is not that uncommon whatsoever.

If you have the bankroll for 200NL don't drop down just yet. Do take a full week off to get your head straight and come back with a really nitty style then slowly open up your game. imo.
