Default Scotty help.

I just won a Sydney package in the supernova tourney. Several problems, I dont presently hava a passport. Secondly it will interfere with my real work schedule and semi mess up some early xmas plans. Is there any way I can trade for a later tourney? I am a long time customer. Any help will be much appreciated. If anyone else knows, please chime in.

They responded (Tim) first with a copy of the section in FEQ's that basically said im sol. He then came back and said upon further review of my issue, he spoke with his supervisor and it has been passed up to the higher ups. God Stars is so good, everyone else would have blown me right off.

That's aggravating for me. I emailed and asked if I could play in the tournament anyways and perhaps get $W or use it for another tournament if I qualified because I likely wouldn't be able to attend due to work, but I wanted to play in the qualifier because the value was excellent.

I was told not to play in the qualifier.

Why do people enter a tourny for a prize they don't want or can't use?

It wasn't a freeroll, it had an entry fee of 5000 fpps - which are worth just over $80.

We are unable to exchange the package. The Supernova event was geared to fill seats in Sydney. As Ryan mentioned, I exchanged emails with a dozen+ players telling them not to play the satellite if they couldn't attend the event.

Scotty

In 2003 we had a WSOP satellite with one player not wanting the WSOP package and wanting the cash. He ended up going to the event selling pieces of himself and did well. Still plays on PokerStars as Money800.
