Thing is Leaf wasn't so bad a couple years ago. I preferred him to Dixon then but now he's gotten so much worse and Dixon has gotten better (though mainly from being consistent he had flashes of brilliance and was also an interception machine).

Not sure I've ever seen thousands of fans on the sidelines with 2 minutes left in a game.

Was worried they'd rush the field too soon, but looks like they've calmed down and are waiting patiently now.

I am impressed with Dixon's demeanor during that sideline interview. I don't feel the interview was particularly appropriate - just let the guy be right now - but he handled it very well.

Yeah, that was almost cruel thing to do. Might as well have asked him "How do you feel now that your hopes have been crushed for both yourself and your team"

Uh so what's the Pac 10 side of the Rose Bowl race look like? ASU is in first, USC and Oregon tied for second. If USC beats ASU, the three would be tied...wouldn't Oregon hold the tiebreaker?

just think about how different this game would be if that early TD pass had been caught and not INT ... dixon may not have even gotten hurt.
