bluff shoving seems bad to me. he never folds a baby flush or a straight here often enough i think. in fact, every option you have sucks hard here, folding is ugly, and calling sucks, and bluff shoving is a spew. i think i just call and hope to pick off his bluff (i know it sucks, but i just hate a river shove here).

all options seem pretty equally bad but I probably at least don't fold because I'm a fish.

whatever, he bet 1/6 pot on the river, it's an obvious blocking bet, he always folds to your shove, and you have the key card

If by always folds to your shove, you mean always calls with any flush/sometimes straight.

look, people make obvious blocking bets because they suck they want a cheap showdown. so you deny that to them. they fold often. even in omaha.

He'll tank, call and scream I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!.

(Yet I still shove, since it's online, so it's not real money)

if he was afraid of a nut flush here he would check call. as it stand he has a flush (maaaybe a straight), doesn't put you on one, and is gonna snap call your raise imo.

I'm more thinking he is actually more likely to be just on the straight/possible set. Unless he's an idiot he must have a set/straight draw on teh flop; calling down just for a crappy flush seems unlikely. But if he had a flush draw also, wouldnt he play hard vs a button bet on teh flop...? Could be reading too far into the whole thing but I like the shove even better right now.
