TruePoker Support
Has anyone had to deal with support at Truepoker? I have not received a response to any of my emails for 2 days. Is that normal?

I get responses in less than 15 minutes, EVERY TIME. Seriously, check your spam folder, maybe there e-mails are getting stuck in there. True Poker support is among the best in the business.

Nope; nothing there. Perhaps I am just not as well liked as you. I am none too pleased knowing that I am being ignored.

I play there quite a bit. Try sending a message to the host and see what happens. I usually also get responses very rapidly for my concerns.

[/ QUOTE ] As indicated above you can chat with the on-duty TrueHost at any time - they can resolve most problems fairly immediately. I've been playing at True for a long time and have never had a support issue. |

the problems you may be having. I'll be back in the office on Monday, but will forward anything to Support. Use management@truepoker.com.
I am interested in following up on any customer service lapses, as well as the underlying issue. We staff Support 24/7, even over Easter weekend. Alternatively, the Host button in the top right corner of your screen will access a live 24/7 Host. Also, please copy Support@truepoker.com again. A prior response might be lost in a spam filter.
