I dont really feel bad for the poker dealers, they have a very sweet job. They get like $40 an hour for something that requires pretty minimal education. It really isnt that bad relative to some other jobs I can think of. Imagine working a toll booth.. those guys dont get tipped!

I don't know that they have it that good. Maybe the best dealing jobs only.

Since we are talking karma and accounting, who else in the casino do people tip?

Floor
Brush
Janitors
Bathroom cleaners

did I miss some?

Not all of these apply everywhere, but one can see how generosity could get very costly.
