Default AQ top pair gets donked into

Villian is unkownn, 26/4/5 over only 20 hands. We've not played a real pot together yet, and I haven't seen him do anything noteworthy.

Titan Poker 0.50/1.00, hand converted by the iPoker Converter at Talking-Poker

Button ($159.80)
SB ($104.00)
BB BB ($94.40)</font>
UTG Hero ($226.18)</font>
UTG+1 ($114.25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A Q
Hero raises to 3.50, 3 folds, BB calls 2.50.

Flop (7.50) 7 A T
BB bets 4.00, Hero calls 4.00.

Turn (15.50) 6
BB bets 5.00, Hero calls 5.00.

River (25.50) K
BB checks, Hero bets...?

Should I raise the flop or turn here, or wait for a better read before trying to punish weaker hands? The only real draw, the OESD came in on the turn.

Value bet on the end with TPTK? How much?

The flop is pretty dry so I would call the flop bet.
Villain's turn bet looks like a blocker so I would raise to about 25.
The way the hand played out it looks like he has very little so I would make smallish value bet on the river of about 12.

Raise/fold turn.
Bet $20 on river as played.
