Usefull web tools? (free)

Im setting up web page with poker content, and wonder if ppl can advice some free web tools, such as program for making page/htmls etc

Any tips for good websites would also be appriciated.

forums aren't quite that easy. most you'd have to install and link to.

the most popular one is probably phpbb. try that out.

it's easy to install, but it will be a little bit harder to skin it to look like the rest of your site.
