post count of 5K+ (or w.e) shows a good rep (online rep?? which means very little)

if they want the trade, they should expect to send first, obv if they dont want to trade with the person then they are under no obligation to do so.

But just dont post saying that you want a $1-4K trade and dont really want to send first.
