Default (Step1) TT vs shortstack

Do you flat-call here or RR? If RR: how much?

with shorty raising 1/3rd his chips roughly I am re-raising to isolate (250-300 is probably good).

You can either call his preflop raise and get in on most flops for his remaining stack or you can try to isolate him. If someone shoves over your 3bet then depending on the player you can either call or fold.
